Blair Powersports Terms and Agreements

Blair Powersports is a division of Blair Management Inc.

Mission Statement

We aim to provide quality service and customer support to everyone for a low price. We feel that if we don't take care of you, somebody else will. With dealerships across Northern Utah , we have grown enough to provide products at low prices yet we're small enough to take a personal interest in each and every order.

Sales Terms and Conditions

All sales will be processed within the next business day. Expect 4-10 business days to receive your order. We will contact all customers, based upon the information they give us on the web site, to inform them of the purchasing and/or shipping status of their order. The Customers's credit card will be charged for the order at the time the order is initially processed. This will occur prior to shipment of your order.

Any reproduction in whole or in part of any material found on our web site or any other material wholly or partially owned by Blair Powersports, its subsidiaries, agents or assigns, by electronic or mechanical means without permission from Blair Powersports, its subsidiaries, agents or assigns is strictly prohibited. Material owned by Blair Powersports, includes any proprietary marketing or advertising material used in the promotion and advertisement of Blair Powersports, assets including but no limited to logos, portraits, images, trademarks, tradenames, photographs, pictures, or any other mark associated with the Blair Powersports, the term material also refers to any motorized vehicle image, water sport vehicle image, likeness or portrait of any owner, employee, agent or assign of Blair Powersports, or any other likeness or reproduction associated with Blair Powersports.

Prices are subject to change, all prices of an order are set at the time that order is placed. We do, however, reserve the right to correct any typographical, mislabeled, or incorrectly priced products and are not obligated to honor said pricing if that pricing is in error.

Products sold by Blair Management Inc. are guaranteed by the manufacturer of the products under their own terms of warranty. The parts manufacturer is solely responsible for any damages to person or property caused from any design, manufacturing, testing and use of their products and we do not accept the liabilities of such damages including consequential damages.

All business transactions are subject to Utah State laws and regulations. The parties agree that the Second District Court, Weber County, Ogden Department, retains jurisdiction for any and all legal proceedings.

Returns and Exchanges

There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed to any canceled order once the order is processed, with the exeception of clothing or apparel as stated below. In the event a customer cancels their order, he/she shall be responsible for any shipping fees or costs associated with that cancellation.

All Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from shipment date. All returned items must be in new condition and still in the original packaging. There will be no returns on electrical products. If a return claim arises due to damage of the item during shipment, the customer is responsible to retain the packaging and any evidence of damage to the item ordered. Customer must allow for reasonable inspection from Blair Powersports, prior to reimbursement or credit.

The customer must call first before returning or exchanging an item. Items returned or exchanged without prior authorization will not be accepted or credited. Discounted or closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged. There is no exception to this rule.

If an incorrect item is received, Blair Powersports, will return all shipping charges for standard shipping only. No restocking fee will be charged.

Clothing and Apparel; including boots, pants, shirts, gloves, are subject to no restocking fees for any reason. Blair Powersports will pay half the shipping costs associated with exchanging products once. The customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges after that.

Privacy and Security

All information provided by our customers to Blair Management, shall be held in confidence and not disseminated privately or publicly for commercial gain of for any other purpose. Blair Powersports takes precautions to protect your information. When you enter the shopping cart a secure link is made between your computer and our server.
